  • 11.00-1-00 pm submission of all documents ,application and all student services
  • RECESS  1.00-1.30 PM
  • 1.30-3.30 PM submission  of all documents ,application and all student services
  • 3.30-4.00 PROCESS TIME
  • 4.00-5.30 PM Collection of all documents, certificate and student matter
  • any special documents/ certificate/query other than routine ,made an application at student section  with concern documents with your contact detail.
  • Submit complaint/ grievance /suggestion at suggestion box at L_block ground floor
  • complaint/ suggestion /grievance timing 5.15 to 6.00 student section

Dear Student Our institute moves towards cashless transaction .All Major cards credit/debit/visa/master etc. will be accepted @ student section for payment of all Fees, all GTU institute related fees, hostel fees and all kind of charges from8-3-2017 take benifit of student supporting system.
